  • Your encoder sends live program audio to the cloud, just like it would to a human caption writer.

  • Instead of a person listening and typing, our ASR engine processes the audio in real time, generating accurate, time-synced captions.

  • The caption data is then returned directly to your encoder over IP, ready to be broadcast or streamed—just like any other caption feed.
