Enterprise-Grade Security

Every file is encrypted, scanned, and access-controlled from upload to delivery.

1,000+ Station Relationships

Built by a team broadcast already trusts. We know what you need.

Only Approved Files Reach Air

Every file validated before it touches your system.

Up to $70K in Average Annual Savings

Replace multiple enterprise software subscriptions with one platform.

The Problem

Your delivery stack is bleeding you dry.

Legacy broadcast tools were built for a different era. Stations are paying enterprise prices for fragmented workflows that should be simple. Your engineers know it. Your budget shows it.

Enterprise File Transfer Licensing: You're Paying to Move Files. Nothing More.
Your engineers jump between systems just to get a file from A to B. No validation, no transcoding, no intelligence built in. And for that privilege, you're paying $15K–$30K per year.
Legacy Transcoding: An Entire Subscription for One Extra Step.
Producers send what their edit suite exports. Your playout system needs something different. Stations pay tens of thousands per year just to bridge that gap. ReadyAir handles it automatically
Bad Files Become Your Engineers' Problem.
Wrong format. Bad audio. Duration mismatch. Your engineers didn't create the problem but they own the fix—usually under deadline, usually after hours. That's not a workflow. That's a tax on your best people.

Security you can trust.

FTP and unsecured links can be vulnerable to malware, ransomware, and hacks. ReadyAir is built with enterprise-grade security to ensure your files are protected from upload to delivery.

Encrypted uploads and transfers
Files scanned for threats
Secured storage and controlled access
Audit logs and user permissions
Impact

Save time. Reduce cost.

Improve reliability.

ENGINEER TIME
$2K–$25K
Hours fixing bad files, managing formats, troubleshooting delivery failures.
File transfer licensing
$3K–$20K
Annual contracts for tools that move files and nothing else.
Transcoding subscriptions
$2K–$15K
A recurring subscription to convert what producers send into what your playout system accepts.
ReadyAir replaces all of it. One platform. One cost. Nothing left on the table.

FAQ

Questions from the

Control Room.

Who is behind ReadyAir, and why should we trust it with our workflow?

ReadyAir is built by Aberdeen Broadcast Services, a broadcast services company with over 25 years of hands-on experience working directly with station engineers across the country. We did not build this platform from the outside looking in. We built it because we lived the same problems you are dealing with — bad files, fragmented tools, and workflows that cost more than they should. We know your specs, your playout requirements, and what is at stake when something goes wrong before air. That experience is built into every part of ReadyAir.

Can ReadyAir help us manage content we want to rerun?

Yes. ReadyAir's File Library allows stations to store delivered files beyond their initial airdate. Evergreen programming, seasonal content, and paid spots available for rerun are tagged, organized, and searchable — ready to pull when you need them. Producers benefit too. If a file is already in the library, there is no need to re-upload or reformat. The station already has it. One upload. Available whenever you need it again.

How is ReadyAir more secure than what we are using now?

FTP and shared download links are among the most vulnerable file transfer methods in use today. Files sent over FTP travel unencrypted, making them easy to intercept. Shared links can be forwarded, accessed by unintended recipients, and carry no protection against embedded malware. ReadyAir uses enterprise-grade encryption on every file from upload to delivery, scans for malicious content before anything reaches your system, and restricts access through controlled user permissions. Your station receives only what has been verified. Nothing else gets through
